32 days really makes no sense....why they not change to 14 days like k2s but 32 days is really big interval...let's make some tickets to support to analyze situation and somehow change hold to 7 or 14 days??but i think that nothing will change such shame decision like this...
 
Payment after 08.14.2014 will be weekly, but with hiold of 4 weeks. This requirement of our processing bank. If we don't do this - we loose merchant account.


We certainly could decline this - but bank promissed to close the merchant account and we loos all rebills.
We need time for changes in antifraud system and adapt to the requirements of the Mastercard in order to prevent futher fraud.


We fought to the last, and hoped to keep the affiliate program in the form that it is, but unfortunately not everything is as we want. Your money will not go anywhere and we guarantee payments on time.
 
It's unfortunate to see Rapidgator do such a strange thing. I believe that other hosts would keep their stance such as:


1) uptobox
2) Bl.st


I have not provided my referral ID (due to WJ rules), but would recommend them as they've been in business for a long time and provide good support.
 
Actually a 30-60 day payout hold period is normal for most affiliate programs. But definitely to much for a locker site lol. I can´t belive its because of fraud transactions, this is scam. There should be a fraud prevention mechanism by the payment processing company and that normally happens with real time tracking. Because there is no kind of return/chargeback policy too here that should be really no big deal to gurantee for fast payments to their affiliates.

It is different kind of fraud, which we don't want to disclose right now, as we have pending investigation on it. It's big, and we hope if we catch this scam guys, all affiliate programs will profit from it, as we are not the only victim of them.

Ok then let us know when your fraud system solves and you investigate the issue so we start working again and please solve shave system too then
 
what abt sales crediting is it instant or holding sales for 32days to our account balance

holding the sales with out crediting to account balance is also comes as shave

is that holding payout for this time only or every time
