"All Inclusive PPD" is a bad option, for those who can "General PPD" is much better coz it counts download from all around the world with the same rates thaN "All Inclusive", so i don't get the point with the "All inclusive PPD";
By the way i like Turbobit, coz they have strong reputation, but i must admit that it is very hard to get good earnings with turbobit because of the 1 day premium option.
