http://www.mitsu.in is offering .in domain registrations @ 3.38 USD along with offers on other extensions too.

I spoke to Mitsu representative on another domain forum and they confirmed that this offer will be available until December 2013. In fact he/she mentioned that .in domains have some promo going on and hence this price reduction. Have to see when other registrars will follow suit.

I have an old account on namecheap, will registering a new one wouldn't conflict on my paypal or what??

Can I push my domain to my original account after?

If your domain is on a registrar other than Godaddy then you can use the code I posted, because it doesn't work for renewals.
