This service allows you to receive payments from PayPal, Google AdSence and other systems that work with American banking infrastructure.
Members of ePayments Association who's card status is KYC2 can only participate at this beta testing process.
Benefits:
- 0.00 USD Fees for accepting ACH until 31st December, 2012
- After this testing period - 1% Fee Charge, min. 10 USD

Kindly inform that due to legislation we are not allowed to accept applications from residents of countries under UN trading embargoes or OFAC sanctions – these currently include: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, N. Korea, Burma (Myanmar), Liberia, Rwanda, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
The registration and order of the ePayments Prepaid MasterCard® is temporary unavailable for India rezidents.
Please contact the ePayments Support Team if You have any questions regarding the registration process.

We are pleased to announce that applications are implemented function called PUSH-Notifications: information on performed card transaction to come instantly by using a secure connection (https-protocol).
In case the card is lost you can quickly block it by using a mobile phone - this feature also provided in mobile applications.

Operations are carried out according to the requirements of WebMoney: WMID must be registered not less than 7 days, bank card to be tied to your WMID (detailed information can be found here: http://wiki.wmtransfer.com/projects/webmoney/wiki/Bank_card_verification). Card loads can be processed in Member's area in "Payments" section, "WebMoney To My Card" menu.
Another great news is that ePayments has begun issuing the ePayments Prepaid MasterCard with EUR currency and an opportunity to make transactions in EUR. ePayments EUR MasterCard is FREE! Annual Fee is 34.95 USD which will be deducted upon ordering. Delivery is free of charge by Royal Mail or by Express Delivery for 89.95 USD. Log in to the Members’ area for more details.

Can I use ePayments Prepaid MasterCard here in Serbia? Can I transfer money from ePayments Prepaid MasterCard to my Bank account? Can I verify my account only with my personal ID and recently issued utility bill? I don't have a passport or driver license.
