If by fraud you mean we enforce our terms of service then ok that's fine.

And this was news to you? I'm sure you were totally unaware you were uploading the likes of Glee, Desperate Housewives etc.</sarcasm>

To answer any conspiracy theorists out there, when you request payout it draws attention to your account for us to review. In many cases we identify at this point copyrighted material that has either received no DMCA notice thus far or has gone undetected by our systems.
Hard luck. Upload your own content in the future.
 
i start uploading Glee, Desperate Housewives etc.</sarcasm> after my first request (50$) so why you don't pay me for uploading legal content before my second money request ?

Your $506 earnings probably went towards bringing another 10gb server online to support more people sharing family photos and videos. ;)

Sorry you didn't get paid guy. Has happened to many so far. All you can do is just warn others about this.
 
I new that he would ban accts just before the Payment and enjoying all FREE traffic and premium accounts. If Henchfile wanted to ban he should have banned right after uploading the content or getting a DMCA notice for the content. BUT WHY ON THE PAYMENT DAY bcoz to receive free traffic till payment day . Oh man I warned all people not to use this host I stopped using this host last month when my 400$ payment got rejected exactly like this, Now you guys enjoy

i deleted all my 2.8 TB links from my site right now after the bann of my henchfile account, i advise all people to do the same thing and don't use this scam host anymore.

Couldn't agree more. Spread the word. Host stuff that is against our ToS and you'll get banned.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. It. Is. Simple.

Payouts start on the specified date they do not necessarily complete on the same day. In addition we are a UK company so we work off UK date/time and it is still 27/10/12 anyway.
 
I hope to get money from you and to continue to cooperate with you because I really like your service
but I have not seen you to pay :'(
