I wonder why they put this in their support site, I just dont understand the meaning of this since they dont have PPD.

You may have noticed that download stats have increased for those of your participating in our Partner Program. The reason for the increase in stated downloads is due to various factors:


  • Downloads from Premium members are now included - previously we only counted one download per Premium user per day. Now if a Premium user downloads 10 files in one day, we show 10 downloads instead of 1.
  • We now count multiple downloads coming from the same IP address. Previously if someone downloaded a file more than once from the same IP address, it was only counted once.
  • We now count downloads for files that were previously not counted (e.g. small files).

chance of saleing premium on filefactory is very low cause most already got premium why there alot of downloads

and do they have any over payout options as there paypal is limited

It had originally been posted by File Factory a month or so ago. And it makes no sense. Or, rather, their stats make no sense. My files are Premium Only - with a Password ! In other words, for my use only. And I'm getting all sorts of ridiculously high download stats.

And now, since this morning, my FTP'ed files are not showing up; downloads are either frightfully slow or incomplete; and remote uploads from FF are almost impossible.

All this can't be due to "server 07" as they would have one believe.

Then there is the "new, new" File Manager - not to be confused with the very old "original" one - or the relativly new one that came after the original one. I'm talking about the one that showed up about a month or two ago - it's a mess, in my opinion.

Anyway, thanks for listening and allowing me to "vent" my frustrations with my beloved and slowly decaying File Factory.

The guys who were able to request a payout a month ago are even more screwed than us, who weren't able to request a payout, since they can't even exchange their money for premium vouchers :)) but TBH you can find a premium account of FF anywhere so who would want to buy a voucher anyway :facepalm:

lol not really.. i do believe they will pay, its just not as soon as we thought it would be. but for now i guess ill just have to take it as a surprise if they do pay.. :P
 
My thoughts exactly.
FileFactory has been around for a while and to be honest, they are probably one of the best hosts who give great service.
The only reason why its been so messy nowadays is because of Paypal. It's not FileFactory's fault that PayPal decided to be douches.

Anyways, I'm sure this will get solved sooner or later.
 
I hope you're right but I also wonder what would you say if they don't pay you at all since you keep defending them over and over. I guess you're still using it...
 
If they don't pay me then it's whatever.
I understand why they might want to run away and not pay people.
All I care about is that before this entire paypal thing happen'd they had the best support and they were nice to every single one of their affiliates.

Compared to other hosts who start out as a scam host, FileFactory was a good run. Even if they decide to run away and shut down their site, at least the people who download my content was happy about their service as a filehost.
 
how many of you guys doing all this crying about not getting paid, got screwed
by one of those fly by night file hosts that you jumped on to get rich? lol There's
only one other file host that's been around as long as FF, and that's that piece of
trash Rapidshare. Neither one of em is going any where, and only one of them has
access to their PayPal accounts. PayPal can NOT legally with hold FF's money for
more than 180 days, without an injunction. There's been no charges against FF, so
PP is simply playing favorites. The FBI never once checked up on FF, while RS was
in court for two months fighting for their lives, paying off US congressman, movie
companies, music companies, and various other sorts of interests. Now.....you tell
ME, which one is the crooked company. It's not the boys in red that have spent
every cent they've got to stay in business while PayPal is drawing interest on theirs
AND our money. If you don't like FF, then move the hell along, if you're hoping they
will work their way out of this mess that's been going on?......then at least in my
opinion as a 4 year affiliate of FF, that that time will be coming soon.
 
Most if not all my sales came from after their paypal was frozen!?, basically you are living in a dream world where filefactory is a victim by this evil paypal company, everybody with a IQ above 80 would have known that paypal would limit filefactorys account, months before they eventually froze the account.
Keep in mind i'm not saying that both XYZuANDme and FlashAsuna are morons, i only suggest they should get them self tested, this loyalty can't be healthy, and is border line sadomasochistic.
 
far away from this site now remote upload its blocked for all sites even FF links not works when try to remote upload,now user cannot transfer files fro FF.

maybe you should point out that it doesnt work for you. because remote upload is working fine for me.
