can someone help me to eliminate a person from a picture, please?

hello everybdy, I have a picture in which I want to eliminate a third person. The problem is that when I eliminate the third person, half of the arm of the middle person gets cut, so I dont know how to fill it

can someone please help me? is the only picture I have with my mother in a very important event

You will need to recreate the arm if third persons face is covering it. You need good level of photoshop skills for this.
