Terms of service was never updated and they will ban accounts for any kind of offensive image or video as stated in their TOS or they will use copyright infringement to get out of paying you.
Yet they make money off that before they ban you, do they refund the dirty money off buyers and stop any rebills? errm no which makes them thieves and equal perpetrators of copyright infringement
Like I said in the first quote Same old same old, these little Micky mouse hosts are all the same operating on minimal resources and not paying up when it suits them.
Watch your earning rise the then watch it disappear with a click of the Micky mouse.

WDF - All payment providers do NOT allow Earnings on content,regardless of the content.
We are not about to have no payment provider for a bunch of 15 year old's with there 2 hit a day earnings.

Too late you have shown your true worth in this post. Anyone who is thinking of joining this charade of a host with his childish attitude and disreprect for its users only have themselves to blame when they discover there is no pay day.
This is how these kiddie hosts work, they promise all so you spread your files around the net, some in forums where you are not allowed to edit your posts and of course the files and posts are also listed/cached in search engines.
Then they ban your account yet still keep the files live and earning premium sales from them so you have been working for nothing

We do not suspend accounts,we delete them and all its content.
We are not providing earnings on any uploaded content - Reason payment gateway providers demand it.
And NO we are not going to use some 2 bit gateway provider just to have people earn on copyrighted content.
Its our right to do as we see fit FOR the members who do use our service and talk to us in a way you would talk to anyone.
Don't think flaming a post will make you friends,we will not sit back and allow people to do as they please and say what they please with out a lash back from us - We are people too!!
Only earnings that will be paid are percents on premium accounts,now you can ask in this thread if anyone has been paid upon submitting there earnings,and yes they have.
Nothing you can say or do will bring back PPD Unless our payment provider allows it.
So no need to keep beating a dead horse.

All this is void because because
1/ Payment gateways demanded that no earnings from content should be made way before you started this thread and got out of bed YET you offered PPD but only to recruit new uploaders so yup you're busted.
2/ You know full well unless you are stupid or just plain dumb that the majority of content uploaded to any host is copyrighted and not to the uploader.
3/ Only earnings that will be paid are percents on premium accounts are still earnings from content, and in all probability derived from your quote "A bunch of 15 year old" uploaders which contradicts everything you said.
Most of us know how this all works, nothing you say or try to squirm out of will ever change that, only the blind will be taken in by your unprofessional baloney
