Thats because of the updates.
They have managed to add a few server for uploading.
You all should be able to upload now.
Ill let you know when its full going,should be in a few hours,sorry guys,these things happen.
Let us know if you all can upload,we are using other server right now untill all the main ones are back up and working.
Speed may be a little bit slower,but we will move all files to the right servers after.

Upload is working now with about 300kb/sec

Yes as we are using other servers for now,all premium servers are offline for uploading,but all content on them is on the internet and working.

Before posting read the thread.
Do NOT start spamming about speed,when you have been told why.
As soon as they have fixed the problems,i will let you know.
All premium account servers are offline,we are using backup servers.
Stop going on about PPD,as soon as the premium server are back up it will start.

We re activated PPD for registered members at 8,35am on the 28/0//2012 Belgium time!!
I am getting Upload speed: 580 KB/Sec from the backup servers,and once its uploaded it play's instant,the backup servers are on a 100mbps connection which is still faster than half the hosters advertised on here.
Our premium servers run on 1000mbps.
Only premium members get 1000mbps.
Putlocker gives you 150 -200 KB so i think our backups are more than enough!!

Remember earnings for registered members only started at 8,35am on the 28/08/2012 Belgium time!!
Group 4 = Other is set at $1 per 1000,countrys we don't have ads in.
only countrys in group 1 get $7 =US-GB-DE
group 2 and 3 are setup,with a price,but we are watching to see whats the best fit.
All other place's,like asia,africa,middle east for now are set on $1 = 1000 views as most ad companys,don't provide for that market.
