Why do you need a test account? If theres anything missing that you require you can make a ticket and it will be installed ASAP.

I think not, i have seen the same exact style before.

Custom Logo Design, New CSS rules, VPS Product, UnderHost TOS and transition from html to PHP were not included in the previous owner version!

I'll suggest you to call him to verify!
