remote upload is just plain junk! actually, i cant figure out which is crappier.. NL remote upload or their support. it is beyond me how they still survive with such a shitty customer support, shitty remote upload and one of the horrible free user speed exists.
the only thing i hope is that they are going to keep paying customers.

you actually answered your own question with your last sentence.
because they have people like you, frustrated but still want to get money and still getting paid very well.
