I sent a ticket to support.
They did reply with the usual pre-written bullshit about how to ask for a refund.
Then I did write again and this time they did reply that all my files have been deleted because of DMCA. So I wrote again that it is not possible considering that I was using the account as backup and I did never share any file / link (in fact I'm working with another host and I was using wupload only for backupping my stuff). No reply so far... CHEATERS AND LIARS
