Zevera.com... My personal Rating!..Zero!

Lat night, I was checking some filehosts when I came across Zevera.com.... who advertise on rlslog. "Why not give it a try?" I asked myself......
Anyway, after setting up my account and getting my Paypal confirmation I tried to log-in... this is where the fun started!

First, I had to log-in 3 times before the page would stay open for me ....and then every time I opened a new page to read rules, comments, other links etc.. I had to log-in YET AGAIN! This really started to crawl up my arse and I was tempted to smash my KB with a tin of John Smiths I had on my desk!
After calming down a bit I continued to browse the site and was then confident enough to try to download through their site.
I copied a link, pasted it to their link-generator and waited, ... and waited... and waited some more before finally after 2 MINUTES a link appeared which I then pasted to my download manager. Clicked "start download"..... nothing! Checked link on the original host... it was there! But no download! I then tried the Zevera download tool...full of bugs! Error after error after error!...I read the zevera forum for some help and advice and noticed that there were quite a few people asking for their money back! Went back to the homepage and had to log-in AGAIN! How many fecking times? This was getting beyond a joke! I then noticed that my download stats showed that I had downloaded 3.45GB! I hadnt downloaded anything! WTF!.....
This morning it was all the same. Tried to join Live-Chat... waited like 10 mins before a support rep came on and then gave me no answers to my questions! When he did answer it was to say he had to re-boot his system! (3 times! hahaha!) Anyway... had an arse-ful of this crap service and so have asked for refund! Now the waiting game begins! Lets see if I get it back from them without a PayPal dispute. Should be fun! (yn)X-D

Anyone else had the same problem?

Couldn't agree more. ;)

I had test account on zevera when they tried to push me to affiliate their product. I just can say what I saw there was terrible.
 
Seen quite a few people commenting on this service.

Do note that not of the comments in question were good.
It seems to me it's an over-advertised low-quality service (they need all the ads they buy since nobody will share it by word of mouth, due to the quality).

Just an assumption though, based on what I see and what friends have said.
 
I can't believe that an established site like rlslog.net allow themselves to used by Zevera.

It's all about money I guess.
 
Why do you think they disable comments? lol.

I might talk to martin and try get him to stop promoting them, though it'd drop his income a bit.
 
They'll die off sooner or later. Most of the file hosts they support are either down already or are gradually working their way towards closing their services.

Also, Zevera's speeds are pretty shit, and their system is buggy. Hence I just let people rape my Zevera account. Haven't bothered trying their torrent service, but that's probably going to be wank too.
 
Would have preferred to see screenshots or logs of the Support Chat as this is a very one sided and edited opinion without proof. It may all well be true but how are we to know?
 
i have account there as well and i just tried now couple of links from different hosts and it worked fine, and i never had any problems before. they also give refunds if you are not happy with service, so this is probably just your problem...
 
I tried the service and let me tell you straight that I paid and they brought sh*t on a plate in exchange. For example you get most of the time this message so I tried to get my money back but of course offering a sh*tty service wasn't a good reason enough...

To rsl guys, I say good job! I removed your website from my bookmark and stopped promoting you.

People, stay away from Zevera.
 
Forgot I made this thread! Haha... just wanted to add a plus point for Zevera.... I got my money back 24 hours after asking for it! They might be a crappy service but at least they were honest enough to refund me.

Hey guys,

One of our customers told us about this thread and i have to say a lot of inaccurate stuff are written.... True some of you joined us on a very difficult time not only for zevera but for filehosting in general....

And some of you jumped to a conclusion about our service way to soon!

I therefore challenge you that you started the thread to send me an email at sv@zevera.com stating your zevera username and i will personally give you one month FOR FREE so as to test the service again... And you should rewrite your rating after that!

What do you say?

Also to everybody else (honest posters and not from the competition), Zevera has a trial service too.... Simply register for free and send us an email asking for trial traffic....You have nothing to lose....

PS: Post on rlslog are disabled because the competition took advantage of it posting comments with their sites....

im still testing a 1 month account on zevera.. so far its ok except for few down times..... sometimes im unable to download from certain supported filehosts (eg:netload etc)

I guess you mean for some hosters? that is why we propose the use of some downloaders that will retry the file for you... also you can always contact our support that will assist you in any way possible...

You can always come and test for free.... At least we are here trying and solving any problem that might appear...
