Really it is not a good way to represent any host on WJ.
Reply once in 15 days is not acceptable. They are earning more than enough and giving you just a thumb.

i requested the payout on 29th of feb via paypal...

the reason ur not being paid is u requesting the money everyday.. wait till the month ends and request the entire payment.. i told you before but u would'nt listen..

I requested first payout @ 2nd of march, so there are ~2 days left until 10 days payout time is over.

So i think they will pay the next days and it doesn't matter if you request payout every day
