Ya , Finally i got 2 of my sites on shared hosts working fine now
still waiting for the others sites

Shared is up finally. But I see they are not yet completed. A lot of things are missing like post category, tags, comments, etc.

No proper info about knownSRV users.

but the problem that they need to fix
over 1000 sites in the same time
and this is really hard

Looks like 123dedi is either overwhelmed or taking the flak.
we just need to give them more time to configure
shared hosts correctly and get more space to prevent
errors in our plugins and mysql
 
People, they done their job, so now it's all to you. You need to edit DNS zones in cPanel, nameserverips in /etc or DNS Templates in Kloxo. They aren't doing anything else. Also, if you need help with that, feel free to pm me with VPS details so I can go further onto your problems. Also, they aren't even trying to migrate cPanel Licenses..

I understand everyone efforts in this thread to get questions etc we've been working solid over the past few days (And yes that means lack of sleep, lots of coffee and a massive bill of dominos pizza for the team!) so our least priority in support is to be on here answering threads/duplicate questions we already have in our system etc. Our support system is available for that reason and the reason this thread is for sales only.

99% of VPs's are functioning perfectly again - theres a very short number which require edits etc but we'll be onto that if you've contacted us.

Shared is migrated over and functional once again which is great news.

We're aware there is a few people asking for refunds from KnownSRV, we'll happily honor this providing it meets KnownSRV's refund policy of 7 days.
This may be an issue to someone, but you've got to understand that we've taken over and we're more than committed to ensuring all clients are satisfied although some people are impossible to please we're trying our best!

Your statement is very incorrect - we've updated a very high volume of VPS servers with the new IP's in there configuration files (Including httpd/DNS etc) this was done during the IP migration - granted there is some which wasn't updated correctly this is due to custom configurations on clients VPS's... Once the client requested we have been fixing it for them immediately.

Also to this "they aren't even trying to migrate cPanel Licenses.." that is also incorrect - We've updated a massive bulk of cPanel licenses before clients even knew there VPS was online again!

Generally some may need to follow this:
Login to SSH as "root" and run the following from command line:

# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

Please before you try and make false statements have some proof?

No i'm just about to. But since my vps is working fine i'll just reconfigure my domain.
Or can i just cancel my previous vps from knownsrv and get a new one?

Lol incorrect? Why then isn't my VPS configured? No, that was job for me...

You may migrated cPanel licenses later, but yesterday, I only had my cPanel Trial license that I've activated by sending them e-mail... Also, what about refund refuses?
 
whene i logged to my site hdmoviesnxt i found that all my categories losted what's this that's bad damn can you tell me what's this.

and whene i log to my site proaudiozone.info i get this
