Yes, you can upgrade the ram at any time. But considering the cheap price, you could order Ge Hz 768 plan, with discount it would be about 27.5$ :

As we talked over tickets, I could not find which ones is better, but most of our customers are migrating to Switzerland's server. Mayme its better for uploader.

Netherlands Swiftway got 1 gig port
Ecatel got 100mg port but full warez. They do not care to any warez abuses mostly ;)

They have multiple locations for their servers, you can simply contact these datacenters and ask them :P
 
Please let me know that can I install Jdownloader at my RDP. Thanks in advance. Overall performance of my RDP(German/384RAM-50GB HDD-1GBPS) is good comparing to prices.

Also you can buy the most cheap license from licensepal.com . Please remember that you can use the trial version for 45 days.
I recommend you to check Germany plans as it includes extra 30 gig hdd or New Netherlands plans.
