I have this error in JDownloader:
It seems like your account has been blocked by fileserve.
To unblock it, please visit the fileserve Supportforum and contact the User "RickyFS".
By clicking on OK a browser instance will open which leads to the fileserve Supportforum.
Your premium account has been deactivated in JD to prevent further problems.
If you leave it that way JDownloader will continue to download as a free user from fileserve.com.
But If I click "OK", JD redirect me to this support page for "share account" but my account isn't shared.
Ehat I have to do to unlock my account?

I have 2 account and all 2 are deactivated.... I think my IP is banned...

Me too facing this problem for last 4 days.. shit....
@Ricky, don't steal valued customer's money... Customers wont tell lie.. u have to serve according their need... Premium user must need "freedom to use"... don't restrict... Rapidshare site also did same thing before(warning first before ban).. but now they introduced new feartures(ie.. if used more than 4 IP then changing password for 2times)... This is the reputed company have to do..
hope u understand and introduce new features.. Don't BAN...

I just renewed my account (old was valid til 12th of novemeber)
I DO NOT SHARE MY ACCOUNT.
The Only thing i do is to us JD and my home pc (slow one) for maintanance/renew account and the second one (thats faster) for downloding.
THAT IS FROM MY POW NOT AGAINST RULES OR WHATEVER. I DONT USE RAPIDLEECH OR WHATEVER.
AND I WANT AN ANSWER - NOT MORE - BECAUSE I PAID AND CANTT USE THE SERVICE.

Yeah, a lot of people seems to wait for an answer and/or have the same problem. More and more.
And it is understandable that some people get nervous about that, because they paid, they get under suspicion to act against the rules.
They are good enough for getting their money, but they are not good enough to get an answer.
Oh, i forgot to tell that this happens until todays/yesterdays renew. Never before and i always had 2 PC.

There appears to be a trend here. I wonder if the common denominator is perhaps JD?
Doesn't have anything to do with jdownloader, it just gives them the message when fileserve bans them.

JD has nothing to do but just that they have blocked the IP address of the people using the service cmq very clearly says unlimited bandwidth so I can consume a lot are not required to freeze the account or give me my money back
