It's 24hours now.
If it's legal discussion, leaseweb shouldn't shutdown the servers.
Leaseweb should give timeframe to rapidspeeds and let their users backup data etc.

Rapidspeeds shouldn't waste our time and making lie to us,
I should have order server yesterday, so I can make my site back online within 2 days.

I have very bad impression to both Rapidspeed and LeasewebX-(

In the eyes of the law,its INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.If there was no court order Leaseweb wouldnt have shut down ENTIRE rapidspeeds network.
Legal disucussions?Blah.Rapidspeeds must be making some arrangement. You dont need legal discussions when you are in the right,do you Darren? There is seemingly more to it than what meets the eye.If you are in the right, why dont you post here?

I dont think its due to warez etc..Though it may be a factor,i suspect its got to do more with unpaid invoices etc.
1Gbit un-metered at throwaway prices.if its too good to be true,it usually is.

I do want Rapidspeeds to comeback, but i have lost ALL trust. i just need my backups,i`ll pay more and go back to OVH or leaseweb.

For example,if police suspect a person of being a criminal, they`d have to first obtain a search warrant to enter the persons house, then they need a arrest warrant to arrest that person.apply this logic to rapidspeeds.they apparently co-located at LW DC.So they 'own' it.LW cant do anything on this matter expect in the case of overdues..........

Look around - they were basically housing a majority of warez users. People downloading/uploading warez. People hosting warez linking sites. EvoBoxes was what? Warez, only! Torrents = warez too.

Wouldn't be surprised if that was the reason. But you have a point too. 1Gbit pricing is significantly higher in a realistic world then what they were offering it for; not to mention that hardware prices are something to factor in, too. Probably is a bill related issue. LW wouldn't pull them offline for a mere legal issue; but they would for a billing matter.

Pernilla L: We would like to inform you that this issue is not caused by LeaseWeb infrastructure. We currently do not have any technical disturbances with regards to your services. As you are not our direct customer, we are not allowed to disclose any further details about the current situation, therefore we would advise you to contact Rapidspeeds directly for any further inquiries.

: I was informed that you shut down their network, as they didn´t pay?

Pernilla L: In case you consider becoming a direct customer of LeaseWeb, please contact our sales department at sales@leaseweb.com so we can provide you with a new offer within 1 - 2 business days. We kindly request you to use ‘Rapidspeeds to LeaseWeb’ as the subject of your mail and include all technical details of your current server(s), this way we can handle your request as soon as possible.

Anyone contacted LeaseWeb and made a new deal with them? Like to get back their servers and get hosted by LeaseWeb? We all need the data, even if just to backup.

Please share any possible solution here.

Still i have some faith on them .. they would get back soon, atleast online for 12 hours so that all can take their backups or continue with them as usual....
