Yes, it's quite frustrated as i do have 3 servers with them, luckily i do have backup else everything lost.
In law and regulations it seems you cannot touch others company server even it's in your own datacenter rack as it's leased and do have agreement on it.
Only if Leaseweb brought...

If it's legal discussion, leaseweb shouldn't shutdown the servers.
Leaseweb should give timeframe to rapidspeeds and let their users backup data etc.
It sounds fishy, you just assume it's a massive ddos attack and posted on twitter? You don't even have a clear situation on it and how you and your team gonna solve?
RickyFS: You might don't know that if the files got reported to dcma and will be removed in 24hours, users are trying to download the files to their dedicated server before it's getting removed by fileserve due to DCMA copyright etc.
Not everyone is on HIGH-SPEED broadband, please be considerate.
