Would be amazing to see some kind of rule for advertisers to stop people spamming sales threads with "View ticket id####" and "reply me at ticket" it's a little unfair they post a ticket two seconds after they make a post like that it gives out a bad image that hosters are not replying to tickets etc.. they do this purposely and they know what they are doing would be great to see some action against this?

I completely agree with you. The threads we make to advertise our products are sales threads, and not "I made a ticket and you didn't reply within a minute. Please reply!" threads. I could understand posting if they've not received a reply after 24+ hours, but a few minutes is just unreasonable.

definitely
people are all like
"answer my ticket,i waiting 1 hour"
and "i make report here on thread and no response"
the threads are for promoting and simple sales questions/promotions
not for support
and if they have to inform you about their ticket they should do it as normally as possible and not be all like "AY answer my ticket bro, waiting long hours!!! this hosting sucks, want refund now"

There's also the another side of the story. Sometimes people are forced to post in sales thread when their tickets haven't been answered even after 24 hours or more. I don't know how your service is but there are actually many sellers here whose support is extremely slow and there are some sellers who only seem to respond when you post a problem in their sales thread.

Alright, but no can keep tabs on which post is necessary regarding tickets. Otherwise state in the threads that only unanswered tickets should be posted.

I also agree with the exception that if a response is not made via support tickets
i.e. 24 hours
the client should have the right to make a small complaint or something on the
sales thread, but i agree with you with those people who the moment they
make a support ticket they instantly make a post stating "please see support ticket"

It all depends on the length of time that has passed since the ticket was created.

Personally, I think if the company doesn't reply within 2/3 days, the buyer has the right to complain in the sales thread about the poor support.

actually I totally don't agree with you those replies are free bumps for your sale threads (if you know how to reply them) use your marketing mind dude ;)

Definately Disagree Client has every right to post his ticket id on your sales thread,
It Helps in 2 Things for Seller

1. Free Bumps
2. When you reply with Solved or Pending it shows how active your support is.

Sensible marketing would mean that you don't look as though you don't provide support which is the impression given by people saying "look at my ticket" even though that ticket has only been open for an hour or less. This can also put off potential buyers because they too can think "pfft they hardly provide any support".

This is exceptionally unfair to those who do their best to provide a good service and it is ruined by peoples impatience, things take time to sort out not to mention that the person they are bothering also have their own lives to live.

I heartily agree that something needs doing about this.

A sales thread is not for complaints it is for sales hence the name sales thread.

1. Once they build a repuation for providing a good service bumping will not be needed and is a waste of time.
2. The support should be active regardless! If they can't provide proper support then frankly they should not be in business nor should they have a sales thread here (imho).

JGM.

Don't Agree .. It's not just bumps, they also show to us that the support is not active, if much replies like you said.

"This is a bad host", and such replies is so important for us to know if the site is going scam.

Actually, Sales threads are what they are sales threads there is nothing hidden in that word "Sales Threads" <- see nothing, IF you do not get a reply within 2/3 days then fine fair enough, but 10 minutes ? Come on utter joke that is just people acting like kids using a sales thread as a forceful leverage.
