So we got a dude claiming to be downloading your files, but then uploading them to a competitor (lie or the truth? -who knows). Consistently downloading 120-140GB every day for God knows how long.
He's not an affiliate, he uses the bandwidth that could go to all other people (i.e. the uploaders or the real downloaders), and then claims he's paid for the service - Sure he has, and he can still use it from his home connection; just not from that super connection he has paid for, so he could grab your releases and your speed.
Let me just clarify this for everyone reading this thread again; release of IPs are given to uploaders only. Not people we suspect could be running a service.
