Submitted request about accident payment and request to refund 4 days ago, I'm impressed with support speed, very fast response average 1 reply in 2 days. I got 1 reply after 2 days of HIGH PRIORITY TICKET was created, now waiting 2 days for second reply :)

Ok i submited request about refund with hight priority more then 24h ago but still no response.
And i don't want to cancel server i just want back payment that was made by subscription.

Your server is not cancelled and can you send to me the TICKET id listing both the transactions.

I wonder when your majesty going to resolve my ticket who posted 48 hours ago and no answer given in ticket system? I must agree with @R®USSHIM_I™¯ support is slow and low quality. I think respected provider/seller should inform as soon as possible what is situation at the moment but not like that, i must go to some forum to search someone from staff this is funny.

Instead of making fun out of support, you got someone replying to you on forum at least, does even that make you think you have been left alone.

I do not know even if you give out things like LIVE CHAT support WHICH NO HOST HAS for OVH RESELLERS, we have been trying to provide the best of things, still clients feel like this.

every hosts company's customer support was amazing before buying you any plan, but after that got to sleep, this is my personal experience because I used too many companies from last 11 years, one I purchase RDP access from this buyrdp hosting. but I was not satified with them I requested for refund I got my payment after 2 months but less with 10$ when ask them through msn why they did this to me, they block me on msn. there are just few companies are providing best qualities.

GIMME YOUR TICKET ID, EMAIL ID and let me checking this complete info and reply on this thread about your case, then lets see why we deducted 10$ and blocked on MSN, USELESS INFO on non concerned thread does not make you a genius.

Secondly, if there was any delay on delivery, it is from OVH side, why will i keep your server with me.

And you will be billed from the date of delivery not from when you paid for the server.

I can not say what you want to prove over there.
So please tell me, where is your support? Here or in client zone? Why i must order services from company A and request support in forum B? Disable your ticket system then and redirect to this thread or your PM inbox! I have also PM'ed in online chat and someone told me that when you get to "office" (i wonder if you have office at all) you will refund me asap, that was 3 days ago! My ticket was answered once so this mean you know the problem but still nothing was done in 5 days (?!), are you kidding me? If you want me to post here my support request i'm going to show everybody how your support working.

How many times i need to tell you this? I have answered in support ticket also i done screenshot if you are to lazy to monitor support tickets (look my post above).

I ordered my dedicated server a week before and have not gotten my extra 4IPs.
I have submitted a ticket requesting it but no reply for days.

As for your info, OVH had some issues with the RIPE allotment of the IPs due to which the IPs are still unavailable, just like you over 17 clients of mine are stuck for the IPs.

Your order for 4 IPs has already been paid for, if needed i can PM you for the Order Id done to OVH. I hope the issues are over soon.

Another load of bullsh**. Pm'ed you same day, then another as you can't figure out how to find invoice number so i emailed my paypal ID, and guess what? Still no money!

I think I'm going to post full review today about this service.

What do you expect from resellers? Sooner or later they don't pay at all and you lose everything, then all you can do is bitch and complain, stop dealing with resellers unless you like taking risks.
