u must be kidding me, if someone hacks my account, it does not mean i have shared some information (my username/password). and can u please tell me from where u got this screen piece. i dont think, if in a genuine case when a persons account is lost/stolen, that the other person will not understand/solve his problem.

that FAQ no 7 is just a shit on fileserve, once it happend like when I've upgraded my account to premium, it automatically changed the email and username to some jackie879@gmail.com without my permission and password was same, they didn't answer me when I asked them how and why does it happend X-(
when I tried to remote upload WU to FS, actually I've remote upload 9links but only 4 was successful and 5 was failed :facepalm:

I told you why the change in username happened.
It is not a huge mystery.
That is IF your friend has the email account ' jackie879@gmail.com' attached to his PP account.
But anyway, changes on upgrades happens if you use a PP email not the same as the FileServe account email.

@darkpichu, n everyone else, so if i someone steals my account, fileserve will not help me - the one who paid for the premium, but just let the hacker enjoy my account, for no fault of mine? i dont feel/think so. i really need help.

The end of september is closer and closer...
)So I got an email today and what I feared has turned into truth, fileserve has accused me of sharing my account with someone, now I don't know who is that someone but fileserve think its there, here is their response
Now can any sane person make out what is that "such fraudulent activities"? I cannot, and I don't understand how can they do this to a premium user and then just say that your account was involved in "such fraudulent activities"?
This is just absurd, i uploaded 60Gb of data in 12 days to my account, why the hell would I share my account with anyone? I never did it, but do they care? they just downgraded my account without asking me anything about this, without giving me a single notification about this, is this how fileserve works? is this how they treat their genuine customers?
Now I have got the second email that my account will be reviewed again but they cannot tell me how much time their accounts dept. will take to complete this review.
Where is RickyFS by the way? he is not answering me, anyone got any reply from him?
Until then All hopes are lost.
