u must be kidding me, if someone hacks my account, it does not mean i have shared some information (my username/password). and can u please tell me from where u got this screen piece. i dont think, if in a genuine case when a persons account is lost/stolen, that the other person will not understand/solve his problem.

That is IF your friend has the email account ' jackie879@gmail.com' attached to his PP account.

@darkpichu, n everyone else, so if i someone steals my account, fileserve will not help me - the one who paid for the premium, but just let the hacker enjoy my account, for no fault of mine? i dont feel/think so. i really need help.
ps: i did not share or reveal the account to a 3rd party
