Professional and attentive. They send email notices on videos removal with proper reason and email notices on maintenance. They are also courteous and polite, which is what customer service is all about. I have been using it for a while and so far so good. Payment is on time and actually Pay you for real without delay. Best thing is they care about customer service, they provide real time live support fix whenever there is an issue with your uploads. I've seen other hosts giving people the brush-off and pretend like no one is there so that they don't have to answer you. But not uploadc, they actually answer and try to help you. Therefore, the nice service and the-actually-pay-you-on-time factor have really convince me to keep using this host.

Are you going to activate recaptcha in a short future? A lot of users hate them and i don´t wanna waste my time, i think it MUST be disabled for all users if you pay low rates (5$/1000D) also premium acc is very cheap, that´s great because i will sell accs very easy :D

Could i request free-premium if i have traffic please? I need it because wanna use FTP upload method and it´s only avaible for premiums...

This host looks promising and i´m going to start to promote it in my uploads till now! Cheaper than Megaupload & with better payments & speeds for freebies, Keep it online! <3
 
I've been using this site for a while, and I'm really satisfied with it. As others already mentioned it doesn't require processing of the file meaning the file is ready to stream right when you are finished uploading and with the same quality is your file and this also means no more stucking in processing.
The payout is also great. I've received my money the same day without delay.
As for the customer services, I'm just speechless, it's just great. Admin has been working closely with me to solve every problem I've had and he's been really flexible.
If you ask me, if you use this site you won't regret it. I mean give me a site that gives a better payout and doesn't have some shitty time limit for viewers to cheat the view counts or requires big files to give higher payouts. I've looked around and for the same requirements that others have, uploadc has topped all of them.

Sadly EU-Download-Speeds for freebies are very slow (Really hard to reach 100KB/s in Rush-Hours and 200KB/s at nights) so i will leave this host soon.

Ahh, I´ve seen a bug on your XFS system. File-manager doesn´t erase the file from storage-server because after click over "Delete" button, i can still download the file over Firefox/JDownloader, take a look to it if you want to keep clean you servers mate!

no it is not bug we did this intentionally

we received some reports about some affiliates deleting there important files accidently thats why we dont delete file actually when you click on delete
It goes to a delete queue and wait fro 3 days and after that it get deleted

so if in that time if you realized that you by mistake delete that file you can tell us and we will restore that file for you

and this thing really saved many affiliates lots of time

we already informed our affiliates that why videos may be slow for few days,
and about browser crashing it will be issue with version of your divxplayer

which if you google you will find out you just have to downgrade your divx player version

about ads i must say every file host is alive on ads
and we are no exception

it is better to limit users max daily download limit or download speed ?
or have some ads?

we have to put ads to pay you and for servers :)
