But this is the point, we won't be selling, we are dedicated to this site. In business, when people buy and sell, both parties agree, I can tell you now, we WON'T be selling to anyone. Like Hawk said, your drive is second to none, your experience is also second to none, BUT you sold the site, now we are keeping it.

making a similiar domain but in a .com is fucked up especially since you sold it to them and scammed them.

Personally, you should just get the "700 VIP Members, transfer them onto your new site,
sell the .com domain to USAW.org owners, etc etc and just end it. :D

The purpose of creating this thread was to get some feedback from the community in regards to the site name. Granted USAWarez is a power house, I made the name 
. I could certainly do it with a different domain and a whole different slogan, but the fact remains, that I myself am an American. I made USAWarez simply because of that fact. What drove me was the community and in hope of one day being the best that there is.
That all changed though. Everyone needs to understand something. USAWarez was indeed sold, but the way that things ended up were not the way that they were supposed to have gone.
USAWarez was supposed to have been sold for an undisclosed amount. The current owner did not want the real total to be announced due to various reasons. I was to be on the team and work on the site and restore the site from scratch with 50% ownership of the site. They decided that they did not need my help and cut me off completely.
This is a pretty good reason as to why I am even contemplating bringing back my own official version of USAWarez.
It's quite simple. I can take this site where I have taken it so many times in the past, back to the top. If I thought that the current owners could take USAWarez to the level of expectation I wouldn't dare make another attempt at re-launching the website.
The simple fact is that I know that within 2 weeks of being online, USAWarez (my version), will have more visitors, and more new members/signups than the current .org has had it it's entire online uptime.
I will be contacting the current owner detailing my plans and my pricing.
He will accept my offer. Simply because I will make it lucrative enough.

UltimA didn't buy the site, BUT what UltimA did do, and for this he should have the greatest respect EVER, he sorted things out with us, and let us have the .org, I know people say UltimA is a good webmaster, but for that, he is not a good webmaster, he is a good person, who we really need in this scene.

actually ultima is a great dude over all, he does what he says he will do, I use to do graphics for him 3 years back when he had his first warez site warezltd as I remember, we need more people like him on the scene, some that really care about User and for other webmaster as we are all here to provide a service, not make a quick profit. SO I say why bring this Usawarez drama here again? We should all just ignore this thread lol
USAWarez.com will be re-opening regardless of what anyone wants. The decision has been made.
USAWarez.org will be bought out or they will simply lose out.

Active members to total members ratio is not bad, however USAWarez.com used to get more signups than Etrade (1,000+/day) in it's prime. I plan on doing something above and beyond the prime of USAWarez.com
All of you who have spoken on the behalf of this I certainly took it into consideration, but USAWarez is still in my blood and I have an opportunity to do what I want now.

Who is going to draw torrents into this scene? Me...
I'm not about to sit here and argue with a bunch of people who think that I'm doing the wrong thing, because the right thing is for the community. USAWarez.org can remain if they don't accept the buyout, I really don't care. I'll make USAWarez.com better, bigger, stronger, faster, more interactive & more entertaining. I draw new faces into this scene, it's what I do, and new faces for me is new faces for you.
You want to settle for the less, then that's your fault, not mine.
Also we all need to be very clear on the following:
I do not do this for the money (are you serious).
I do this because I love what I do, I think of myself as robin hood, stealing from the rich and giving to those who are less fortunate.
I do this because of you (whether you want to admit it or not, YES YOU)
I do this for the people out there suffering from sites not providing the utmost best pure quality.
I do this for the people suffering from advertisements up the ass.
I do this for the people who have to search multiple sites for torrents, streaming and warez.
I do this for YOU.
Stop hating on ME.
