Mr. Marco Are you on holiday? What happened to my papers? There is no update from you accept telling me that in a day or two I will get my complete swift message? Its ok if you have not sent the money and given me some fake trace id leave it just send my money now or just put my money again in my payza account so i can withdrawal it by bank transfer.
 
Amazing , my account was verified within 2 hrs of submitting documents , keep up the good work Payza.

Hope to see other services as fast as this one :)

Mr. Marco I on Monday you told me that I will get my Complete Swift message in max 2days. but still I have not heard anything from you. Mr. Marco will please update me where is proof of money payza sent. its more that $1800 which is not at all a small amount. even After 1 month you can't give proof of sending money? I have lost all my hopes now and I fell that have been robbed by Payza.
 
Hi I am an Indian user and I earn from filehosting sites. When I want to local bank transfer money from payza there is some option drop down menu showing that I have to choose one for requesting money. So can you help me which option I have to choose during local bank transfer.

Here are the options which shown in this image

Payza clearly have problem with bank wires sending or receiving even now linkbucks told they will delay payments coz payza here is taking to long to receive there wire transfer my advice is and please respond to why don't u people make a meeting with the team responsible for bank wires hire more if u need and make it as smooth and easy as it with paypal why don't u make direct bank transfer available in tier A countries link moneybookers immediate bank transfer immediate just send the money from bank few minutes it's in account haven't u people got enough complains already about your wire service ??
 
I've read on your website "Note: Higher fees apply to some industries: 3.90 % + $0.59 USD for receiving funds." which are this industries?

And this: "Foreign exchange rate includes 2.5% over the wholesale exchange rate at which we buy our currencies. Exchange rates are adjusted regularly." means that everytime someone pays in a foreing currency you apply this rate and is charged to the seller? buyer?

Looks like this one got credited to the senders account. Check with the sender, they should be able to confirm this with you. Let us know if you have any other questions for us.

Hey pranavjpr, I could not have anticipate these delays, I'm very sorry it's taking this long to get the documents to you. We have already sent the request, and sent a couple reminders. As soon as we get these documents we won't hesitate the send them your way.

Hey, You receive from filehosting payouts right? I suggest looking for the one that most fits your situation, maybe look for a general category that you can go under.

I can tell you that we working towards bringing down wait times for our members. As is we have to work very closely with our partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. When there are slight mistakes in the way a wire is sent, unnecessary delays occur, and because of this, we take the fall. We anticipate these delays getting drastically reduced as we improve certain processes we feel will get things running smoother.

I'm going to forward your words to our wish list so our team can have it in writing. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

I submitted my site for review (don't remember when) and it got approved.
Today a client tried to make a payment via Payza. But he got this message:

"We apologize for the inconvenience.
This merchant is not able to accept payments through Payza at this time.
Thank you for your understanding."

I thought if I get approved this wouldn't happen.

I use WHMCS as the billing portal. I entered these info in Payment Gateways

Login ID: [my payza email]
Security Code: [I got this code from My Payza Account Main Menu > IPN Advanced Integration > IPN Setup > IPN Security Code]
API Password: [Empty]
Test Mode: [Unchecked]

Am I doing something wrong?

Please advise.

Hey, thanks for the question.

Check out our user agreement section Regulated Account Types and Industries

There you can find the list of regulated business types that would be considered to be part of the higher fee structure of 3.90 % + $0.59 USD for receiving funds.

As for the exchange rate, we get the rates first thing in the morning and apply a 2.5% fee to the amount you are looking to convert.

Payza is processing Visa credit cards exclusively for the time being. We are looking at offering more options but no ETA on that right now. If any of this changes, we'll communicate this to all our members.

Let that person know that they should try it with a Visa. We are waiving the 3.5% deposit fee, so it's now free for everyone!

I noticed the website is approved and should be good to go to received payments.

I also noticed you submitted support ticket to our Business Helpdesk, I actually moved it over to our Integration department, they'll be more suited to check it out for you.

They should be able to help you out or at least point you in the right direction.

Err.. Marco, my dispute for 15$ was finally resolved after 2 months, and i got only 4.50$ ? WTF ?

I'm sorry to hear that. I understand your point, unfortunately we don't guarantee disputes. Luckily it wasn't a total loss.

Our Resolution Specialists have decided that all who filed disputes with this merchant and suffered losses would get 30 percent returned.

Reference Number: 4BA3B-1760C-B09EB Ticket ID: RPI-553-90850 money has not came in my bank and nor you have given me any MT -103 till now. have you forget my documents? or money has not sent yet to me n thats why you can't give MT 103 to me? where are you as u just updated till now that papers on the way. hope you not on holiday today
