Hi macro

I added visa credit card today in my payza acc today it was added perfectly but when i clicked on validate my card option it tell your credit card cannot be validate contact our support center what to do macro m from india and need help verifying acc plz help me i have submitted support ticket as well but no reply

I have the same problem.
I'm from China. When I added visa credit cards in my payza account, it's just ok, and I validated the cards by Charge, after the step of 3DS, there's nothing, the charge never happened. Then when I want to validate card again, it said -- "You cannot validate your credit card at this time. Please contact Customer Support for more information." -- unless you removed you cards and added them again, you can validate them again, but the results just the only same one.

I prepared to try to validate my cards by authorization form, but I guess maybe it because Payza hadn't supported most visa cards from China yet (somebody else in China has the same validate problem with me) ? If that, I don't have to try.

I have a verified personal pro account. Usually I use bank transfer method to withdraw money to my bank account.

Please tell me what are the daily, monthly and yearly limit of withdrawing?

Maybe members of the Wjunction community can advise you what banks they have had success with? It should be OK as long as the bank accepts international wires.

I have this very serious issue concerning my payza account.

I sent a payment of $237 to the rong payza account. I tried several to contact the person that received the funds in ther account to ask if thay could return the funds but i get no reply. I also tried colling payza but there not answering there phone or support tickets at all. Can you please helpe me?

The bank transfer limits for a verified account are per transaction. There is not daily, monthly or yearly limit.

Bank transfer deposit: $5000.00USD
Bank transfer withdrawal :$50 000.00USD

How eases are we supposed to get your attention?

I understand that we are not supposed to post any personally sensitive information on the forum but please tell me how eases are we supposed to get your attention when we have serious issue concerning our payza accounts? I call no answer, I send a support ticket, no reply. I understand that payza support may be overwhelmed with there workload at this time but the members of payza.com still have some very important issues that just can't wate. Please understand my point.

why bank wire deposit still pending from 22 june?

hi marco

i remitted funds to Payza 22 june but till now still showing pending in my payza acct although my bank has already confirmed successful transfer.
submitted ticket (CEN-393-13444) on 2 july which asked for proof which i immediately submitted.

waited till 4 july still no reply so i called payza support and was told all docs were in order and they see no reason for the delay. support confirmed funds will be in 24-48hrs so i waited again. 48hrs passed and still no funds so i had to call support again om 6 jul. was told funds would be in by day end but till now still no funds!

submitted a second ticket (JEC-877-57956) on 7 july again. trying to call for the past days but cant get thru. is your support tel down?

it is frustrating and worrisome especially since i was told twice funds would be in last week.
i need the funds very urgently to support myself. pls help urgently.

Hello Marco, Why are you not responding to any of my posts

I have two very serious issues concerning my payza account and i have been sending suppert teckets for three weeks with no reply. I don't know what ease to do. All i ask is if you could PLEASE have One of your Advisors look into these dispute issues concerning my account?

The first dispute i fild was over a week ago agenst a website called royalty7.com. This site scammed me out of three payments totaling $300 all payments were mabe thru payza.com. I tried several times to contact the seller but he is not responding to emails or any open dispute clams.

The second dispute i fild was, I sent a payment of $237 to the rong payza account. I tried several to contact the person that received the funds in ther account to ask if thay could return the funds but i get no reply. Can you please help me? Below is the latest ticket ID# i sent to payza support.
