Hello Alertpay Team Please look into my case i have to pay invoices please lift the limitations from my account its annoying at this time

Another question: can I use the prepaid card to buy online? has the prepaid card CVV2/CVC2 in case some website asks me for it?
I know that the prepaid card is not a credit card however I would like to know if there are limitations to buy online.

Hello Kof_p,

You will be able to use your AlertPay PrePaid Debit Card to shop online. As for the CVV2/CVC2 the card has no implications with such thing.

it's actually amazing to see that alertpay representative is replying faster here compared to asking for help through their official contact us/email :facepalm:8-)
 
Hello AlertPay Support,
I have a AlertPay account and now when I try to login to my account it tells me
"The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again."

When I click on forgot password, I get this :
"The email that you have provided does not exist or is not a primary email. Please try again with an AlertPay registered email address."

Where has my account gone ? I have also PM'd you with the ticket number which I opened on your site.
 
Still no reply about that, sended support ticket also.

how to withdraw $$ to bank account ? their is no such option.
