It's impossible contact with them. their support is death. :'(
 
i've contacted bitshare several weeks ago regarding a bug on their site and have never received a reply nor they have fixed the bug :(
 
seriously , how you guys upload to bitshare?

i uploaded through ftp and waited one hour , my files still havent shown up.
 
No need to worry be patient guys giwe them alitle time they have a lot on my mind now im sure the fix all soon they alweys comply with their obligations in time then why should it be different now ;)
 
I don't care if they have a lot on mind. They have to show a little respect to us and keep us informed about the situation. They earn a lot of money for just keep the site running, we do the rest, so at least a word from them would be great.

Actually, most file hosts don't want to fix bugs except for upload and download.
If you report some bugs regarding web UI, it will be rarely fixed.

If you want to upload more than 50GB files a day, you have to donate more.
 
Yes, I need a word from them because I'm not a psychic. He ask no payments related messages in the thread, so I send a PM two or more days ago and no answer yet. It was a short message and it would take to him one minute to answer. I'm not whining, just give me and answer so I choose if I stay here or not.

i sent him pm about payment and he respond me to email in less than 2 days.
And he said don't worry and be patient soon we will send you your money.

People think before talking,not talking before thinking.You guys are the one complaining not me.I am trying to answer your silly questions that you keep "spamming" which has the same answer that bitshare got fucking pissed from writing them over and over again.
Which is be patient !.If you have your rite to ask bitshare about payment (Which is not true,cause once bitshare re-open their thread they said don't spam thread with payment posts),then i have my rite to comment him to tell him that he should wait and read bitshare comments instead of whining more.

His name is Robert King. He owns coldcopy.com.au, adtract.com, meetprofiles.com, 10chan.net, melb.org, fastwebinsiders.com, www.SiteAds.com.au, http://adultinsiders.com/, and many more. You can find more about his "professional career" by searching his posts on DP Forum - username "litesearch".

It's super ironic he's doing this, because if you look at his "businesses", most have to do with spreading porn, financing porn, and one even shows a bunch of teen porn.

You can find his personal information using WHOIS obviously, and use it to contact him and tell him why his campaign hurts the freedom of information, free speech, and makes him look like an idiot.

His email is rjk@melb.org. Email him and show him the error of his ways. If his stupid campaign gains any traction it can do huge harm to freedom of information, give governments inspiration and support to more strongly pursue bills like SOPA, and go against everything we stand for.

Share this, post it somewhere, share it again, then post it again. This is a way to fight back. It will be an example of how we will not tolerate totalitarian and draconian rule and legislation. This is a free internet.

@master12 this is offtopic could be true but could be also somebody's trick to get site visits. if it is true someone should take down his websites and also send him gigabytes of crap at his email (RL)
