This is the Official BitShare Support Thread.
Any Problems, issues you can ask here. We cleared old Thread with new.
Please dont Spam here with other things than support. Otherwise, we need to delete our thread. Please keep it clean. This is only support.

Small FAQ:

- You are banned? Leave our service. We dont reset any suspension. Respect our rules.
- NO DMCA/Porn related or copyrighted content allowed. We will suspend you if we get reports.
- Upload from OVH and other europe providers is very slow and propably capped on their side.

pinkside: We solved some things at some servers, they should work more fast. Speed rise from xxx kb/s to xx mb/s. Please check for it.

Pinkside read up Europe is problem upload/download by europe servers, you want speed? get a rdp from us ! I upload 350kb/s per connection, but on ftp are 2 connections = 700 kb/s + 3 mirror open with 1mb/s total = 1.7 Mb/s ... so bitshare servers are good !
 
STOP ASKING ABOUT PAYMENTS, "you know who" bitshare account and all it has to do with the payouts and the money....STOP...that is why they probably closed the other thread...if bitshare allows me...i promise ill keep posting this message 10 times a day so that NO DUMBASS asks about these things again...at least until everything is back to normal.
 
"NvpMuzic", "pp is blocked or not" is not a PAYMENT related question. Who do you are calling someone retarded. He did not ask "you send money or not sended", just asked" its blocked or not", if he ask where is my money , you call him retarded. May be he ask question before signup. Are you mindreader ?

NvpMuzic: FTP is capped at 500 kb/s at our side. You can open new connections. HTTP should give more speed. Especially our BitShare Manager Upload Tool, as its using different option and using our api for upload.

is a question that can affect bitshare...and if now you want to ask how it can affect them...then you got a problem understanding how things work..
 
I love your design and filemanager is extremely flexible compared with other hosts.
and 10 tb for premium members is extremely good value for storage. ıf you can send money to paypal (I can wait 30 days like in netload), I can buy a premium account.

donandy2005, I plan to buy premium account and share files and earn money. What kind of question I can ask ? I can only use paypal to send and get money. If admin says " yes"
