Sorry for that. I contacted support but I am not registered. Then went to buy but was not working.
Just wanted to know if DOUBLE promotion works for dedicated too and how long for setup?

The promotion is not for dedicated servers. The setup time ranges from 1-3 business days usually.

Hello,
Yesterday, we upgraded all our nodes and during that time, our shared hosting service went down for few hours due to a small issue. All the services were back online but today, at around 7 AM IST, we received a small DDoS attack on our shared server due to which our main website also went down for 1 hour.
We solved this issue immediately and all our services are back online.
We apologize to all the shared hosting clients for the inconvenience caused during the past 12 hours.
