Finding the uploaded images was way to hard. And then you show them in a small sidebar and the single selected image you show in the bigger box. You should make the sidebar narrower and show the selected image there, and the images list should be in the bigger box.

You'll have to include some of the wordpress files, since the files in that folder have no connection with wordpress, don't know which ones. If you wanna play around create a private page, then create a page-name_of_your_private_page.php file in your theme and you can do your stuff there.

Find the class or id of the element you want to change with the browsers developer tools (right click inspect element), then change what you need with css in your .css file usually style.css for wordpress. Here's a video explaining the developer tools...
