If are looking to do legal public torrenting than I would advise you to look into our
KVM vps "Here".

Germany KVM vps we allow you to do legal public torrenting you can install rutorrent client
on any of the linux distribution.

Using them for almost 1 week, so here goes my review

The rdp is quiet much stable, I am using non encoding so usually it gets less cpu load so here is same case.
Upload and download speed is quiet good, seeing the price, it's a steal deal.
rar and unrar performance was almost as expected.

Support was good to deliver my RDP in around 10 mins.

good rdp, you can give them a shot if you looking for something new.

You will have to open ticket and make the request for required software.

We have following policies:

1.For Normal RDP's : 10 to 12 Users per HDD.

2.For Small Encoding RDP: at max 8 users/HDD.

3.For Large Encoding RDP: at max 4 user/HDD.

Above are the maximum no of user currently we are only hosting 4 to 6
encoding users per server as we are seeing that hosting more than that
user is causing issue with other customers.

So generally we keep the hosted customer below above mentioned limit.

Answers to your queries:

1.Yes every users have space reserved for them so you can use complete space without any issue.

2.Their are many apps installed:

a.Deluge to torrenting.
b.IDM
c.Filezilla etc

their are more than 20 other apps installed as per users request.

3.We can install any app you need as long as it is legal please note
we will not install cracked or illegal software.However any free or
open source software we will install them for you without any issue.
