I have problem. My RDP was off, so i tried to send ticket but I get this "This Account has been suspended.
Contact your hosting provider for more information."
Does it mean my account was suspended or is something wrong on your site ?
Confirm, my server is down for a few days. They said it'll be repaired within 48 hours, but now it's passed 72h and i haven't any answers from them. This is second big failure since two months, so i probably change rdp provider.

1. How many people are on MiniRDP vs NL Regular 1 vs NL Regular 2 ?
2. What's about admin access ? Could i have it for example 12 hours at the begining or i must write ticket to you to install some apps for me ?

I thinking about buying RDP on your site, but i'm afraid about issues on which users complaining. Could anyone tell me if these problem with customer services and availability of RDPs are frequent ?
I have RDP on AheadCloud NetWorks since last week so i want to share my thoughts.
Performance is great, files packing and unpacking is very fast, rdp is stable and i didn't noticed any lags.
Support is very helpful and quick. Every question or problem they solve as fast as they can, well done...
