Tarik, you did not get my point when I PMed you.

I am already sending TruCash verified documents for the card, so if I provide them to Alertpay also, can I not be verified?
 
I was a user of the AP prepaid card previously and got the first card successfully delivered to my home, the 2nd one didnt arrive. Now on the 3rd phase i have been selected to try it out again but Im being asked to provide id proof again for the 2nd time. Will i need to pay for the card again as well?

I apologies if I missed your point, so to answer your questions, yes it is possible to submit a support ticket to our verification department.

And I have a charge back in line. [#HCJ-669639]

Please take a look. The case is, I paid a guy to retrieve my hacked yahoo account and now he just vanished.

Can you make the charge back work?
 
I not have Driver's Licence and Passport but have govt. issued ID card so what I select from drop down menu (Driver's Licence or Passport) for submit Govt. Issue ID card? Thanks
