Rapidleech problem

my rapidleech acc problem.. cannot remote upload to rs, sometime can.. sometime cannot.. have been like this few days ago..
fix asap ok, tired of submit ticket to u..X-(

When submiting a ticket you cannt expenct a reply a second later, There are other people waiting in the ticket queu, Avage ticket reply time is half an hour. We do try our best to get all customer pronlems sorted. And as for your ticket i believe your problem has been solved.
