yetishare rebills plugin?

Is there a plugin for this, rewards plugin does not have this option. (if you have a plugin or can custom code this for a price, pls pm me)

The price you setting per one sale is same as rebill....

What about if you want to have it a little different like 60% initial , 40% rebill?
