advice:
remove the adbrite full page ad's - every1 hates them
if not the full page, remove some of the text ad's
change the header - its nasty
change the background
remove the crap from the footer - its useless
get a favicon

basically clean up the look of your forum.


oh and your VIP Section only has 1 topic. kinda sucks don't you think?
