Hello,

last three nights about 10 PM EST the server been offline or has had some DOS attacks. Is there a way of changing us to a new server or something?

no point of changing server nor server IP, they will find it and start attack again. however we compensate our clients for every downtime caused no matter what is the reason and why. just open ticket regarding that.

You need to make tickets. Thats the proper way to get support. If someone is online on Live chat that doesn't mean they're available to answer your question. Create a ticket and wait for an answer.

There is some problem with ur site

Just open a ticket. I am sure XSL will help you

before everyone going mad.
nlsh02 had power failure and has been rebooted automatically . nginx wasn't configured to work on boot (seriously this is our first time our server getting rebooted since last 4 months). that's why cpanel was working fine.

power failure was from Ecatel itself.
