Lots of people have it, its just very very modified.
I have a modified copy, sickness has one, whoo probably has one. All the old school guys have a copy somewhere.

It has no features CODEX, its just a post/edit/delete system.

So you post warez, it appears on the front page and users may view it. That's all.
Also some modified copies (which i highly doubt anyone will share) have auto-filled submission forms in their admin panels. Some have multiple users for posting.
