its not working i am still getting the error the error is

Line 64, Column 308: document type does not allow element "div" here; missing one of "object", "applet", "map", "iframe", "button", "ins", "del" start-tag … Help" /></a><div id="livezilla_tracking"></div><script type="text/javascript"> http://validator.w3.org/feedback.ht...echhost.com/hosting.php;errmsg_id=65#errormsg
The mentioned element is not allowed to appear in the context in which you've placed it; the other mentioned elements are the only ones that are both allowed there and can contain the element mentioned. This might mean that you need a containing element, or possibly that you've forgotten to close a previous element.
One possible cause for this message is that you have attempted to put a block-level element (such as "<p>" or "<table>") inside an inline element (such as "<a>", "<span>", or "<font>").

Yea DIV elememts are accepted practically anywwhere aslong as there each closed correctly, more than likely your div is closed wrong!

Example:
Code:
<div>
    <p>
    </div>
</p>

As you can see this is incorrect!

Block tags (ie: div) are not allowed inside element tags (ie: span).

Code:
<span><div></div></span>

That will not validate, since the "rule" is: block tags wrap element tags, not the other way around.
