It all depends on the feedback we receive from affiliates.
This offer made to all of you, and it needs to be accepted by most in order for us to continue.
You can read my last post on the File host discussion thread about this situation, We feel that it would be better to have affiliates get paid a percentage each month instead of getting nothing at all.
And yes, the settings on Fileom will be transferred over to Xerver, so users will be able to upload 10GB Files, all premium accounts will be transferred over as well.
Basically, it will be Fileom.com but you will see Xerver.co.

Ok now I finally understand, thanks.
But how will it be with ppl who bought fileom premium, will they rebill with xerver or what?
Also, what does the % mean exactly? Everyone gets some % of their owed earnings added to xerver current earnings?
And do we upload only to xerver from now on? Does fileom site disappear?
So many questions...

Fileom offered unlimited storage for premium users.
What will happen if an affiliate owns the premium membership and many terabytes of files?
Will those files get deleted and they cannot upload more files unless they delete some of them?

there is no filegasper anymore we all wish he come back so all can blame him in this shitty situation that he put us all in it but he will not comeback so we must start thinkng how can we restore our money im not happy with this f**kin situation and terms but affilates have no option you can accept working with xerver or simply forget ur money we all need fileom to stay alive as if it goes down and disappera alot of downloaders who had bought premium from our links will simply never do it again so we are forced to accept this offer at least for our downloaders .
so guys please think about ur downloaders that simply trust us and have premium and we are gonna try this situation for one month and see if it goes ok we can continue and this will be good if its not you can ruins ur files and go away "thats you all want to do now " you will make this step alittle bit late
for xerver support : 80% is too high make it 50 so we can have a deal and affilates feel that xever in our side too

This I approve. Just the 80% earning part doesn't seems reasonable as there are good month and bad month and I'm not sure what will you do with PPD users. May I suggest "active usage" (keep uploading and files keep being downloaded) instead of 80%?

What ever changes u do and planning to merge fileom is best for business to grow ur self and step to the next level.but one advice is during this process please don't ignore the payments and request which come for xerver first..
And I have one small question fileom is benn in many porn sites.since xerver is growing still.will it be allowed in tip porn sites like pornbb?
Interested to know if this top porn sites allows xervet.and we can get more downloads
