I understand just fine.
Lets consider the facts, ok.
I only have currently 0.035 per day suddenly.
You say it's because 2 of 3 are downloaded from other uploaders making me have zeroes in everything but that one dl.
But that does not track because I know for a fact no one else in micro tv & movie scene is using xerver.
So what, they just happen to dl some totally random files together with mine?

Also, I especially made all my rars 3-part, but no reason to do that anymore now is there?

sorry but there's no host that have PPD program like that, at least according to my experience
if so Xerver can just have only PPS program like many host out there so this is not an excuse. Uploader who chose PPD don't benefit from sale and Xerver got money from sale

Yes, that is exactly the case.
23 downloads from 92.3.xxx.xxx/ GB within 24 hours.
We had it set to 0.080 per IP per 24 hours, this IP hit 0.070 and could not earn anymore because that would make it 0.105.
So your downloads weren't counted because the IP has downloaded more than 23 files within 24 hours.
If you would like to team view a session I will be happy to allow you to check this for yourself Anurr.

Why in the world would they ever download something else when even downloading my files only doesn't go over well?
It's just against any common sense.
But I'm sure xerver will quote some file downloads just like alexwarrior did (fileinz). Perhaps here, too, people downloaded odd files entitled FlaredSkirt.zip
Which was proven to be not ever downloaded by the IP under question back then (I asked the person, and it can easily be checked in commentaries on my site).
But whatever... at the end of the day, they'll always get their right and we get screwed.
I'm just sad.

I want to make it clear, 3 download count per IP so if it come frome tier I, it shoud be 0.105. Even when 1 user from tier 1 download 2 file >100mb and 1 file <100mb then it will be 0.035*2+0.011 = 0.081 which exceed 0.08 so in whatever case the maximum with tier 1 remain 0.07 according to your explaination.
Even 3 download from tier II benefit only 0.06 that not meet the limit 0.08 so what is the use of set the limit of 0.08 when the maximum tier I in both case is 0.07 and from tier II is 0.06 ?
And what about the 3 download 1 user from all uploader but not each uploader

Pay attention, it won't.
It's because everyone is downloading files other than your own. E.g. for the sake of argument, all your users download my files & because of that you get zero profit.
(I know our content probably has no overlap and it's silly to hypothesize like that. Yet, that's what powers that be currently argue is happening.)
