as pbb, p-w, forum0philia and other po*n boards ask filehost about "pre-payment" on sales, so their target is mainly on PPS.

that is that boards ask 10 or 15 % from sale and these hosts have to give minimum $1000 first, once they received payment, they will allow the filehosts, Xerver is still new, so i dont think they're ready to pay $1000 each board every month, as prepayment.

Also these boards not allow any less than 6 months/1 year old filehosts, so we have to wait for some time :)
 
Rory, got a couple of more questions.

1. In which time zone do the stats reset everyday?

2. Earn more than 30 € in 1 month and we will upgrade you to premium for free!
- Is this automatic or have to contact you to have account upgraded once account hits the 30 € amount.

Hi, our timezone is set to GMT +2.

You will need to request to be upgraded once you reach 30 EUROS. If you have not requested it, we will most likely upgrade your account once you request a payout though, if you have reached 30 EUROS.

Currently we do not have FTP upload, but try out our desktop uploaders.

We have updated our PPD model to include smaller files, rates have also been changed for files smaller than 100 MB.

1) I'm getting this error every time I download your Desktop Uploader on my Windows 7 32 bits OS.

2) I am not quite happy about the new rates for the PPD program . To add 3-9 MB sized files, you excluded 10 - 99 MB sized files from the big cake! I think Most of your affiliates won't be happy.

Hi, we are looking into this error already. Will have an update soon.

About the new rates, please have a look at our rates compared to some other hosts:

Uploaded : 3 - 100MB (10 EUR per 1000 downloads from tier 1 countries)
Fileom: 1 - 100 MB (3 USD per 1000 downloads from tier 1 countries)
Uploadable: 1 - 100 MB (14 USD per 1000 downloads from tier 1 countries)
nitroflare: 5 - 100MB (5 USD per 1000 downloads from tier 1 countries)

We pay 11 EURO (14.77 USD) for 1000 downloads for file sizes 3 - 100MB for Complete and Incomplete downloads.

But you are welcome to give the other hosts a try and then compare your results.

The new rate is more reasonable that nobody would buy small files premiums

Totally agree with @smartboy although most of my files are small-sized, but the new rate is way too less.
Hope activating back the old rates.
Anyway, are multiple downloads still counted from the same IP up to 1 euro?

but please don't change rates every other day,

create a plan which you think is good and keep them at least for 2 months,

if you change plans often, then uploaders will lose trust.

just my 2 cents.

Hi, our new rates are still better than many of our competitors.

We are counting 1 EURO per IP until Monday, then we are switching it to 3 downloads per IP.

Thanks for your feedback, we do plan on keeping the new rates. Alot of research and testing went into setting them up and we are confident that everyone will be happy with them.

Hi Xerver,

I just been surprised today to see the download rates counting different than yesterday..but saw the change in rates again and this is the best rates which suites everyone in the Market...and happy to see small size files too...but one request is please do not make changes frequently please stick with this rates.....this is the second major change in the past 1 week....thanks for the New rates and i just love working with xerver...
 
as Rory told below,

XERVER will turn to count 3 times download from 1 IP per 24h on next Monday ...

Can you apply this only for files over 100 MB... and keep mutiple count for files under 100 Mb? Because there are uploaders of book or magazines too :/
