Hi, yes we do count 1 EURO per IP, but we will be changing that soon because of our new rates.

The IP's that have been downloading your files must have already given 1 EURO worth of downloads. Please PM me your account and I will have a look at your stats.

Hi, yes we are busy looking at adding wire transfer. We will have an update about this today.

Hello, i have a suggestion , make it upto 2GB download limit per free user ? even not registered user ! it will be good :)
this is the third time i will repost this, why are you ignoring me ?

Hi Exilboy, Free users can already download 2GB files.

Geez, I remember about that PM, I'm talking about the latest one...

Whoa that was fast. Thank you very much xerver, glad be during business with you mate :) :friends:

Hmm, Win7 64bit... Desktop Manager doesn't even open after I've installed it. Not by just choosing the icon, not in choosing it in Admin mode... what may be wrong?

Hi Anurr, sorry about that, I did not see your new PM. Thanks for bringing that error to our attention. We will look into it right away.

You're welcome :)

I suppose I'll just upload via Web meanwhile. Hopefully it's not too slow.

A few more questions before I start, though. Hope you don't mind.

Someone mentioned something going on with counting accuracy & then you replied that you're moving on from 1EUR per IP/24hrs because of the rate change.
That is fair, of course, but is it already happening or can I still upload a lot of parts of one file and assume that all downloads count?

Secondly, you still haven't replied whether JDownloader (or IDM) works with your hoster. I'd need an answer for that, too :)

Thanks!

may put France to group A ?

Hi, we are currently monitoring traffic from France and will make a decision about this soon.

may put mexico to group C?

Unfortunately Mexico is not a country we can add to a better tier at the moment. But we are monitoring all countries and constantly evaluating their tiers.

Hi Anurr

This change will be implemented on Monday. So you will still have the weekend before it changes :)

Currently we do not allow Jdownloader, we are also not planning on adding it in the future and it does not provide any value for us.

Rory
