Since when is OVH offshore safe? You're playing with fire, 3 DMCA complaints and a whole server with all nodes on it will be wiped.
 
here's a partial review of what i tested so far;

i bought the Christmas Package Snow VZ (OVH) 2 Promo


and here's the speed with rtorrent:

if you dont have high enough budget for OVH Dedi or you just want 100GB'ish storage, this service is the best deal you can get. with the spec and price, $7.50 / month is a great value.

I recommend it!

Ill post again a review again for dl/ul speed on filehosters as soon as i figure out how to install NX (im a Windows guy, just beginning to learn other OS).

We don't offer Control Panel for your VPS. This are unmanaged VPS, you need to install them by yourself or there is a option for it in our VPS Control Panel.

We buy unmetered France servers,so we provide unmetered VPS. We are not greedy to cap the bandwidth.
