XbtitFM Customization needed

I am looking for a developer to code customize with xbtitFM source code / script.

I want to use my very own design i made with psd, am not sure if php encoding, coding, custom blocks, not sure what experience is needed.

i designed 6-pages of psd.

If you can do that + time & fee, let me know !
