I will wait . I have purchased the swedish for now . do you think you could log into namecheap ( my account) and see if i configured my dns zone correct because i still get this error a lot when im working on the site
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
my other sites on my server are running fine .

@Webmonster: sorry I didnt see your message. We dont touch requests, they exact HTTP response is that sent from your server, nothing more. Any errors like that are on your end.

@All:
Web interface is offline, along with Russia Node 1, server issue waiting on datacenter.

That page is provided by your server.

Russia node 1 had a segfault issue today, restarted the server and will do a system wide patch to fix the suspected issue on all nodes in the coming days.

Nothing appears to be wrong with that node.

[EDIT]
Full check completed, all interfaces online. No load issues, nginx running smoothly. Restarted nginx just in case though.

As I said probably just another node on the server doing something it shouldn't or doing a backup etc, happens all the time usually only for a couple minutes.

Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the service lately. Sweden is at some hours unbearably slow and I just found out that Russia 2 is completely down, since the IP I have there does not even resolve. I moved some sites from Sweden to the Russia Node and now my sites are down!

Im sorry you feel that way but you are the only customer on that is having any issues.

Slow Sweden node: I performed a load test, speed test and a test on an additional site on that node for you on your request when you PMed me about the issue a couple days ago. No one else is experiencing any slowness, other sites on that node are loading perfectly (sub 1s avg, 2s max)

Russian Node down?
Neither russian node is down. Just tested manually just now.
Which IP do you have?
Sometimes setup DOES fail on IPs in which case the correct thing to do is to PM me. Although generally these can be fixed by editing your proxified IP to something else (e.g 1.1.1.1) and then editing it back (and waiting 5 minutes for the setup system to act). I suspect this is the problem you are experiencing on the russian node.

Want a test? Here are IPs for all three services you mentioned.
46.17.96.247
91.210.104.28
93.158.114.142

All online, all servers are on 100mbit-gbit pipes and using between 140kb/s and 1mb/s bandwidth. Plenty to spare. Any problems you are experiencing are on your side, as should be evident if the problem persists even with you moving nodes.
91.210.104.28

Oh and just a side note, sweden node speed test. Its hard to find a server for an accurate speed test but here is a speed test to ecatel NL.

root@s9:~# wget http://files.ecatel.net/speedtest/100mb.bin
--2011-11-15 19:30:13-- http://files.ecatel.net/speedtest/100mb.bin
Resolving files.ecatel.net... 89.248.167.16
Connecting to files.ecatel.net|89.248.167.16|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK
Length: 104857600 (100M) [application/octet-stream]
Saving to: `100mb.bin.2'

12% [===> ] 12,800,891 5.92M/s

I just wanted to post that Russia/2 is working again ... 8-)

As to the "slow" on Sweden I did not mean the speed, but that pages are not loading completely or take ages to complete loading. This usually happens at night time.

My Russia/2 IP is 46.17.102.128
It did not resolve. Entering it in the browser yielded nothing, while NOW it loads the standard page of my Plesk.

If you followed my instructions then im glad, else it must have been a delayed setup or something.

I should say 95% of the time setup is automated fine, 5% of the time (usually due to an improper cleanup after an existing client) IPs need a second refresh to work.

Its a problem Ill be rectifying in the new system next year when its complete.

Yes, that missing IP refresh makes sense, as the IP probably never worked but I never checked it cause I didn't use it ...

Sidenote: I am willing to pay more, if that means more nodes and better latency, response etc.
