Hi, i'm trying to do uploading. Is it ok to use 2 accounts on 1 IP? Like me and my brother will have our own Filesonic account (or any other filehost. Is this allowed? Or just 1 account is allowed per IP?

Hi, I have a problem. I just got myself a dedicated server, and uploaded all of my site's files to it using one of the IPs. mydomain.com is temporarily pointing to my shared hosting nameservers for a maintenance page. The thing is every time I access the IP where I uploaded the site's files...

This happened to me, then I opened a support ticket, they told me that they're looking into the problem, then I never got another reply/update from support.

I'm now with KnownSRV hosting, I only have a small site so it wasn't that time consuming to rebuild it from ground up. So now my site is back online, still on page 1. Now I'm backing up my sites everyday. to the rest who have large sites, sad to say that the only way to go is starting all over...

Please let us know what happen if you won the dispute. Then I'll go ahead and open a dispute.
