I am suprised Wupload didnt bother to get the .ws domain. I'm sure if you do some SEO, you can get decent traffic from google.

Ok, here's a few Suggessions.

Change the forums title to "WUpload Forum - Free Full Downloads"
Get a New Favicon.

Really good good with the theme / logo. Looks Neat and simple.
